This Iowa Festival will have fine art and fine craft exhibitors, and tba food booths. There will be 3 stages with International, National, Regional and Local talent and the hours will be Fri 4pm-11pm; Sat 10am-11pm; Sun 10am-4pm. This event will also include: iowa city carnival parade, culinary row, artist demonstrations, childrens activities.
